This is a proposed commercial development located on plot 988, Central Area of Federal Capital Territory, adjoining NAL Building with dual accessibility through Olusegun Obasanjo way and Leventis avenue.

The development is planned on four floors affording a total lettable space of about 6200 square meters on a land area of 6005 square meters. The entire ground and first floor are planned for warehouses and showrooms while the upper floors are office suites.
