Located off a major access road in the commercial district of Wuse, Abuja is the Shelter House - the present Headquarters of NITEL in Abuja. This office building in its combination of Exterior and Interior designs, strikes a strong balance between form and function. Adorned with formal symmetry and rich ornamentation, this dramatic eye-catching building offers 3 levels of elegant and absolute functional office spaces.

Each floor is adorned with all the necessary facilities needed to function independently (toilet facilities, centralized lobby space, fire stairs, etc). By virtue of the location of the two entrance lobbies and stairs - one at the end of the building, and the other at corner point of this “L” shaped building -, maximum utilization of the space and total flexibility in client usage is achieved. The two entrances access all three levels and terminate at generous landing foyers that access the rentable office space. Considering the size of rentable spaces and its potential users, ample spaces were provided at the front and side of the building for parking.
